Terms of use

Term 1

The platform processes real investments, payments, staking, and NFT trades. All returns are subject to market conditions and platform rules.

Term 2

All financial activity is recorded on the blockchain. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their wallet addresses.

Term 3

The first confirmed deposit gives a one-time 200 RWA token credit to the user account.

Term 4

Deposited principal is locked for 90 days and can be withdrawn only after the lock period ends.

Term 5

Minimum withdrawal is 25 USDT. Withdrawal processing time is up to 48 hours, and a new withdrawal can be submitted only after the previous one is approved.

Term 6

RWA PRIME reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity or violation of platform rules.

Term 7

Users should consult qualified legal counsel before making investment decisions. Past returns do not guarantee future results.

Term 8

Reservation-plan NFT trading is enabled only after activating a plan. Daily Trade Profit is eligible only after buying and selling a matching RWA NFT plot within the same calendar day; the applied rate varies near the selected plan target.
